It will bethe largest edition of the Classic World Cupever held.The Classic Table Tennis World Cup is anamateur and recreational competition. Themain objective is to provide a uniqueexperience of fun, parties, tourism,integration and mainly: many games forplayers of all technical levels, ages andgenders. All this with great cash prizes,trophies, medals and also an officialcertificate of participation for all players.The World Cup in Brazil will have a greatnew feature: in the Choice category, playerswill be able to use literally any racket,including sponge. With this, we will begiving athletes who play exclusively in TableTennis the opportunity to participate in thisgreat event.

    The World Cup Brazil is already a success, and we already have a large numberof players eager to get a spot. It is important that you know that the ICTTF willdistribute the spots in batches.     The Classic Table Tennis World Cup is an epic event that takes place annually, but if you think it's only accessible to the best players in the world you're wrong!
The ICTTF – International Classical Table Tennis Federation is an institution that carries out the world and currently has 20+ member countries and every year more nations join. 

ICTTF is on a mission to reintroduce the fun and beneficial game of ping pong, also known as classic table tennis, to the global community. The ICTTF provides the necessary infrastructure and resources to member countries, assisting clubs in player and fan development, is responsible for governing rules and regulations, as well as classifying players, documenting results and authorizing classical table tennis events in global scale.

The World Cup, an event of impressive magnitude that pays large cash prizes, in addition to being a huge party, is also an inclusion event for athletes of different levels, ages and genders. It is a unique event in the world of table sports, which brings together top-level athletes and also players who have always dreamed of playing in a World Cup and have never had the opportunity until now. Now, with ICTTF, you have real chances to experience unforgettable moments.

How to participate? Each member country has a certain number of places, which are awarded through qualifying tournaments. Countries have the autonomy to define the criteria for distributing places, just sign up and fight for a place in the competition. If you reside in a country that is not a member of the ICTTF, contact us and who knows, maybe you will become a representative of your country at the ICTTF? Come have fun with us!

    2024 Mecano Sports world classic table tennis in Mexico City - $36,000

    In the vibrant heart of Mexico City, the historic Gymnasium Frontón has become the epicenter of world classic table tennis. The stands were packed, not just with local spectators, but with fans from all over the world, all attracted by the magic and excitement of the Classic Table Tennis World Cup. The atmosphere was electric, with shouts of encouragement echoing off the walls of the gym, while the tables resounded with the sound of rackets in contact with the ball, a sound that resembled the heartbeat of an entire city in tune.

    2023 MLTT World Cup Qualifier - $15,000

    64 players / 12 Nations in North America, Central America, Caribbean Islands

    Austin is the state capital of Texas, an inland city bordering the Hill Country region. Home to the University of Texas flagship campus, Austin is known for its eclectic live-music scene centered around country, blues and rock. Its many parks and lakes are popular for hiking, biking, swimming and boating. The Austin, TX Qualifier was one of 51 World Cup Qualifiers held in 31 Nations around the World! Players from North, South, and Central America… as well as the Caribbean… descended upon Austin to Qualify; for some it was their LAST chance to earn a SPOT at the Mecano Sports 2024 Ping Pong World Cup. Due to enthusiasm, a Qualifier to try and Qualify was created on the Friday night before. Needless to say… locals enjoyed Rudy’s BBQ, Lonestar Beer, and FREE sandpaper bats and Hardbat compliments of Butterfly NA, Martin Kilpatrick, and MLTT! In two thrilling matches – Butler defeated Carney in Sandpaper while AJ finally ousted Butler in the Hardbat final!

    2022 World Cup

    2022 Domoishi Classic Hardbat World Championship Invitational - $10,000

    64 players / 10 Nations

    Houston is a large metropolis in Texas, extending to Galveston Bay. It’s closely linked with the Space Center Houston, the coastal visitor center at NASA’s astronaut training and flight control complex. The city’s relatively compact Downtown includes the Theater District, home to the renowned Houston Grand Opera, and the Historic District, with 19th-century architecture and upscale restaurants. ALL Players were treated to a Houston Astros Space Cowboy baseball game, FREE food all weekend, and a Player Gala with Open Bar. The Hardbat Championships FINALLY brought together four legends of the game. First was Vlad Farcas – boy wonder from Romania who crashed the London party in 2016 making the Round of 16 as a 14 year-old. Next - Adam Vitasek – the Czech Champion who would become Student 22- World Champion in 2024 in Mexico City! Next - Alexander the Great ‘Flash’ Flemming – the 2021 World Sandpaper Champion from Germany. And 2021 Hardbat World Champion Jimmy Butler from the USA. Flash barely made the finals defeating US #2 AJ Carney in a CLOSE semi-final. Butler marched through both Farcas AND Alexandru Cazacu from Romania on the other side of the draw. Remarkably, Butler was riding a 22-year USA UNBEATEN STREAK which includes defeating Classic legend Marty Reisman in a winner take all. In the end… Flash was simply too fast for Jimmy! Flemming took the Belt and became undisputed, undefeated Classic Table Tennis World Champion in 2022!
